This is how customer service should be defined. Ritu was extremely patient with our travel plans and ensured we got the flight segments we wanted at the price we wanted. Also, even though we changed our flight plans quite often (which required Ritu to redo her effort for finding good fares), we never once heard Ritu complain about it. I have always dreaded dealing with Indian Travel agents due to their unprofessional attitude and poor customer service. However, Working with Ritu and her agency has surely broken than stereotype. Ritu was able to provide me the best deal and was very considerate and patient enough to go through with me all my different options and understand my needs .
